U.S. Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Scope

This notice explains the information practices currently implemented on the public website operated under the Clickcentric SEO brand at clickcentricseo.com. Account registration is currently limited to users who satisfy the dashboard's U.S.-citizen eligibility requirement. Registration for users in the European Union or European Economic Area is not currently offered. Planned availability in another market is not a promise of a launch date.

The Clickcentric dashboard is a separate application. Account, subscription, billing, uploaded-content, CMS-connection, and AI-processing data flows are not implemented in this public-website repository and must be covered by the disclosures shown during registration and use of that application.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the public website, we may collect:

  • Contact information, including the name, email address, subject, and message you submit through the contact form.
  • Partnership information, including the name, email address, website or social-profile URL, and promotion plan submitted through the affiliate-interest form.
  • Analytics and device information, such as browser, device, page, referral, and interaction information, when you accept analytics.
  • Browser preferences, including your analytics choice and interface-theme setting stored in local storage.
  • Tool and security information, including a public URL submitted to the Meta Analyzer and the requesting IP address used for its short-term abuse limit.
  • Technical records, such as request, security, and server-log information generated when the site is accessed.

We receive this information from you, from your browser or device, and from service providers that support the public website. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a public form or URL.

3. How We Use Information

We use information from the public website to:

  • receive and respond to contact or partnership requests;
  • provide requested website tools and retrieve a submitted public page;
  • measure site use and improve content after analytics consent;
  • remember browser choices;
  • protect the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose information as needed to providers that support the public website. These include website hosting and infrastructure providers, Google Analytics after analytics consent, and Formspark for contact and affiliate-interest submissions. Forms are sent directly to a submit-form.com endpoint operated by Formspark. You can review Formspark's privacy information.

An authenticated site-management route can submit approved clickcentricseo.com URLs to IndexNow. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. The current public website does not implement cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, this notice and the required controls will be updated before the new use begins.

5. Analytics and Browser Storage

The Google tag can load with Analytics Storage denied. Google Analytics storage is granted only after you select "Accept." Selecting "Decline" keeps or changes Analytics Storage to denied. Your choice is stored in local storage under cookie-consent. The interface may also store a theme preference under theme.

You can reopen the consent panel through "Cookie settings" and change your selection. See the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy for more detail.

6. Meta Analyzer

When you use the Meta Analyzer, the URL you enter is sent to the Clickcentric server. The server requests the public page with the ClickcentricBot user agent and returns a metadata review. The destination website therefore receives a request from the Clickcentric service.

The requester IP address is used in process memory for an abuse limit with a one-hour window. The route blocks local and private-network targets, non-standard ports, and non-HTML responses, and limits response size. Submit only public URLs without access tokens, passwords, personal data, or confidential query parameters.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, including responding to a request, maintaining business records, protecting the service, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

  • Your browser preferences remain until you change them or clear site data.
  • The Meta Analyzer abuse-limit window lasts one hour in process memory.
  • Analytics, form, email, and infrastructure records follow the applicable production settings and provider retention controls.

8. U.S. Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether its law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion; receive a copy of certain information; opt out of certain uses or disclosures; and appeal a decision about a request. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

The public website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals as a separate control. Analytics Storage remains denied unless you actively accept analytics, and you can decline or change that choice through the consent panel.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@clickcentricseo.com. Please describe your request and the email address associated with your interaction. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.

9. Children's Privacy

The public website and service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information deleted where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Changes and Contact

We will update this notice when public-website data practices materially change and will revise the effective date above. For questions about this notice, email privacy@clickcentricseo.com.
